Rugged Anonymous

5000 Citizens living in a town called rugville where everyone is scared and shamed after being rugged so now the whole town wears paper bags over their heads. All citizens claim they will never show their faces in public again however the mayor of rugville has other plans. He has mandated a mandatory RA meeting for citizens to attend weekly in hopes of making community whole again. Will you attend the weekly meeting to gain your confidence back to reveal your face to public again ? Only time will tell but well be waiting to find out
