The project is inspired by the first and historic Penny Black stamp. We have imagined a black and white past in colour; therefore 12 different types of stamps were born, with contrasting, eye-catching, and bright colours. The end result is a hybrid of past and present, history and digital art.  With the Crypto Penny Black project, we want to revolutionize the way NFTs are collected, shifting the focus from the absolute rarity of the individual Nft to the relative rarity, of the collection, as in the analog system of stamp collection.
